Shipping policy

We ship all our packages through IndiaPost. Since our policy is to make everything plastic free, we pay special attention in packaging of our orders. We reuse old cardboard boxes to replace bubble wraps/thermocol sheets and go to great extends in reducing waste.

Delivery charges include packaging charges and only part of the charges are borne by the customer, part of it is borne by us, TheDecorHome's. Shipping is charged on invoice value as follows -

Rs. 0.00 - Rs. 599 - Rs. 75
Above Rs. 600 - Free

DELIVERIES
All orders are dispatched within 2-5 days of order confirmation and delivered within 7 to 14days after dispatch.

All orders for  India are handled by our logistics partners. Tracking details and Partner details for your orders are sent to you via mail & text message upon dispatch of your order. Only after dispatch of your order, the order status page for your account will reflect any change. You can even visit the partner websites to manually check the status of your orders by putting in the Consignment number sent to you via mail.
